Program Name and Purpose

The Blaxton Capital property inquiries SMS program supports property-owner inquiries about selling commercial and multi-family real estate in Massachusetts.

How Consent Is Established

Blaxton Capital LLC sends direct mail to property owners of record. The mailer invites recipients to call or text (617) 315-6140 about selling their property.

Consent is established when a consumer texts (617) 315-6140 first after receiving a mailer. No messages are sent to anyone who has not texted first.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message volume is low and conversational. Messages are sent only in reply to inbound texts and may address the property inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you initiate a new conversation and applicable consent requirements are met.
